Abstract
Labour productivity refers to the quantity of output that a unit of labour input can produce. It is a key indicator of how well a country’s workers can perform economically, as it reflects their level of skill and competence. The purpose of this study is to know the labour productivity of foreign workers in the furniture industry in Sungai Buloh manufacturers. The respondents were mainly from furniture manufacturer workers in Sungai Buloh, with the help from Majlis Perabot Malaysia. The study indicated that positive for foreign workers in Sungai Buloh's furniture industry. They are skilled, adaptable, and hardworking, contributing positively to the quality and quantity of furniture products, thus supporting economic growth and boosting labour productivity.
