Abstract
Visit Perak Year 2023 is a tourism campaign aimed at showcasing the diverse cultural heritage and natural wonders of the Malaysian state of Perak. Visit Perak Year 2023 is focus on Ipoh as main attraction. The objective of study is to know how effectiveness of visit Perak year in 2023 marketing campaign among domestic tourist in Ipoh. Thorough this study, the result shows that the marketing campaign of Visit Ipoh 2023 is not going effectively from this campaign. Besides that, this study can help the Tourism Perak about their effectiveness of the marketing campaign for attract domestic tourist in Ipoh. A total of 177 respondents which are domestic tourist were involved in this survey, using a questionnaire that has been prepared in accordance with the objectives in this study. Based on the analysis, about 50%-60% domestic tourist visit Ipoh are unaware about the Visit Ipoh 2023, this because the Tourism Perak by their marketing campaign are not effectively to promote and attract people to visit Ipoh.
