Regarding the safety conditions although, the company has supplied the personal protective equipment (P.P.E) for the workers, and also has paid attention to increase the awareness of safety and health of workers, the fact showed that there are more than half of the workers (58%) who still uncommon to wear safety goggle, safety musk and safety ear plugs. But, they have been used to wear safety shoes, safety helmet and safety gloves. According to analysis of variance and hypothesis testing of the association between selected category and safety and health of perfonnance score, there is an association . between variable gender and safety and health of performance. Meanwhile for others variable, such as age, marital status and educational background, the result show there are no associations between these variables and safety and health of performance. This phenomenon shows that the safety and health problems can happen to the workers with any age, marital status and educational background.
