Abstract
This study was conducted at Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia. The aim of the study was to find and identifying the infiltration zone of the pond using the electrical resistivity tomography technique. In this study, the electrical resistivity tomography was conducted using Werner Schlumberger array as it provides good resolution for horizontal and vertical signal. ABEM Terrameter SAS 4000 is used as the medium of collecting raw data from the study area and to transfer it into a laptop in a .DAT format. Resistivity data collected from the survey was then being analyse using the RES2DINV software to get the soil profile. The soil profile has been identified based on resistivity value from previous study. Result showed that there was an area that has resistivity lower than 100 ohm.m beneath the pond which can be considered as water. Thus, this area might be a potential infiltration zone as water has resistivity lower than 100 ohm.m
